Rinse the celery stalks and remove the white part. Cut the celery into slices about 0.5 cm thick. If you want beautiful dishes, try chopping the stalks at a 45-degree angle.

Wash the tomatoes and cut them into 4 parts. Carefully remove the pulp, we will not need it. Cut the solid part into strips 0.5 cm wide.

Peel the onions and cut into halves. Try to cut very thinly, so the taste of the onions will not interrupt the overall taste of the salad, but only add spices.

To make the salad dressing, combine the yogurt and turmeric in a bowl. Mix the spices well with the yogurt, you should get a uniform sauce with a nice mustard color.

In a salad bowl, combine onions, celery, tomatoes, and eggs. Add salt and pepper to taste, add the sauce and mix gently. Add a few mint leaves for an interesting twist.

Simple zucchini and radish salad

For some reason, we are used to the fact that zucchini must be heat treated. Believe me, when it is raw, for example, in a salad, it gives an amazing taste and crunchy texture. I offer exactly this recipe, in which zucchini, along with radish, dill and pine nuts, is marinated with fragrant olive oil and lemon juice. The salad is suitable for baked meat and fish dishes, and even more so when cooked on the grill or on the grill.

  • juice of one lemon

Prepare vegetable salad. Take 200 g of radish, wash and cut into circles. Also, wash the zucchini and cut it into circles or slices using a housekeeper. Put the vegetables in a small bowl.

Wash a bunch of dill, wipe it with a paper towel, chop it fine and add it to the vegetables.
