Sushi and rolls are Japanese dishes. If we draw conclusions from the appearance of the Japanese, then we can say that this food is quite dietary, because you rarely meet an overweight person in Japan. But is it really so? Is it safe to have sushi and rolls regularly in the diet?
Most likely no than yes. The fact is that the basis of any rolls is rice, which, in turn, is rich in carbohydrates. Yes, it can be considered a useful side dish. But in the case of rolls add sugar, salt and vinegar to the rice. The different sauces and cheeses that are added to the dish make it more high in calories and less healthy. Moreover, it is customary to eat rolls with soy sauce, which is absorbed in large quantities in rice. This is of little use.
It is not necessary to completely refuse rolls – like any other dishes. And if you do not want to offend them, then you can cook a more healthy, but no less tasty alternative.

The amount of ingredients depends on the number of rolls you want to make.
To prepare cucumber rolls, you need a vegetable peeler or vegetable scraper, as it is also called. With it, you need to cut the cucumber into thin longitudinal slices. Next, cut the avocado and the fish so that they are equal to the width of the cucumber slice. We start collecting lists. Put a small amount of curd cheese, a piece of fish and avocado on the cucumber. We turn and serve.
