bulgur pilaf recipe
Ingredients:
- 500gm pork pulp
- 250 gm bulgur
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 onion
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 500 ml water
- 1 teaspoon zira
- Ground black pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon salt
cooking:
Peel the carrots and onions and cut them into medium-sized cubes.
Remove the meat from the foil and cut it into pieces of the same size.
Heat a heavy-bottomed saucepan or pot with the sunflower oil. Put the chopped vegetables and fry over a low heat until the onions become transparent. Add meat and fry until golden brown.
Add bulgur and spices. Stir and add water and tomato paste. Cover with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes.
Masala tea recipe
Ingredients:
- 400 ml water
- 1 tablespoon black tea
- 600 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (or 1 stick)
- 1/3 teaspoon cloves (5 pieces.)

Add black tea to boiling water and remove mold. Let it soak a bit and then strain it through a sieve to get rid of the leaves. Add vanilla sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
In a saucepan, heat the milk to a temperature of 85 degrees, that is, until steam appears above the surface.
Combine milk with seasoned tea, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
