- Mushroom 300 gm
- 2 pieces of tortilla
- Sour cream 60 gm
- Tabasco sauce 7 g
- cheddar cheese 120g
- salt to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- olive oil 30 ml
- Butter 20 g
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Combine sour cream and Tabasco in a small bowl and set aside.
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat. Once hot, add olive oil and butter. When the butter has melted, add the mushroom slices and cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn brown and the moisture has faded, about 6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove the pan and dry it with a paper towel.
Place the skillet on medium heat. Place the tortilla, then spread half the amount of grated cheese evenly over it. Add half of the mushrooms, then wait for the cheese to melt and the tortillas to brown.
Use a spoon to roll the tortilla into a half-moon shape and press gently. Place the cooked tortilla on a cutting board and repeat the same thing with the second.
Cut the quesadilla into triangles and serve with your favorite sauce.
