  • mackerel – 2 pcs.;
  • hard cheese – 100 g;
  • onions and carrots – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 1 clove;
  • Half a bell pepper
  • Herbs, salt and pepper.

How to cook:

  1. Defrost the mackerel at room temperature. Cut the onions and peppers into cubes, grate the carrots, and chop the garlic into four parts.
  2. Fry garlic in vegetable oil. As soon as it smells good, remove it from the pan. Saute onions and carrots in garlic butter until half cooked. Add pepper and cook for a few minutes. Finally, add greens and salt.
  3. Separate the fish fillets from the fish and remove the bones. Sprinkle with lemon juice if desired. Salt, pepper and sprinkle cheese.
  4. Divide the vegetables into four parts, put the fourth on the edge of each slice.
  5. Roll up, fasten with toothpicks.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

  • cold butter – 125 g;
  • flour – 250 g;
  • egg – 1 pc.;
  • very cold water – 50 ml;
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp.

  • cold smoked mackerel – 1 pc.;
  • onions – 3 medium;
  • Salt, pepper and dill.
  • sour cream – 300 g;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Some grated cheese.

How to cook:

  1. Mix flour, salt and butter, you should get crumbs. We add a cold egg and water and knead the dough quickly. It is not necessary to knead for a long time. Wrap in plastic wrap, keep in the refrigerator.
  2. Cut the onions into slices and fry in butter until translucent. Add salt, pepper and dill.
  3. Cut the mackerel into small pieces, remove the bones.
  4. Roll out the dough and transfer it to the shape. Prick the bottom with a fork. Put in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
  5. Put a section of the onion at the bottom of the base, then the fish and the rest of the onion. Pour sour cream with eggs and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake 35-40 minutes.

  • garlic – 3 teeth;
