Lawmakers from the Volga Federal District visited clinic No. 4 in the Kanavinsky district of Nizhny Novgorod. This was reported by the press service of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region.

According to the information, the event was held on June 8 as part of the meeting of the Association of Legislatures of State Power of Subjects of the Volga Federal District.

The examination of the polyclinic participating in the federal project Lean Polyclinic was attended by Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Yevgeny Leulin, heads of legislative bodies of the district government, Deputy Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region Andrei Petin, Deputy Governor of the Region, Minister of Health of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, David Melek-Gusinov, Head The joint project office of the regional government and the state enterprise “Rosatom” for the development of production systems and the introduction of lean manufacturing technologies Alexey Mecheryakov.

The goal of introducing lean manufacturing in medical institutions is to create clinics in Russia that focus on patient comfort, high speed, quality of medical care and general availability of qualified medical care. By 2024, 7,000 multidisciplinary clinics should appear in Russia.

As Inna Pudova, chief physician of the dispensary, said, before participating in the Lean Polyclinic project, there were a number of problems – the flow of healthy and sick patients was interrupted in offices, long queues accumulated, on average 11-12 people and the waiting time could reach two hours. It was also difficult for people with reduced mobility to enter a medical facility.

Currently, these problems have been resolved – patient flows have been redistributed. In the lobby at the entrance to the clinic there are screens with the doctors’ schedule, an electronic queue, and information for making an appointment with doctors. Nearby there are rooms for medical reception, emergency care and medical examination or examination. An elevator has been installed for people with reduced mobility, a button for calling medical staff works. A rest area has been created for people waiting to be greeted.

Thanks to the reorganization of the storage of medical records according to the 5S system, the proportion of citizens who make appointments with doctors remotely is now 77% (previously 12%), and registration through registration is 23% (previously 88%).

In addition, in order to receive feedback from residents, a “problem list” is placed in the reception hall, where patients can write down all problem cases, submit their suggestions and see the actions taken by the management of the institution to solve them. they.

Using the example of Clinic #4, we were convinced that “lean-less technologies” make medical care better and more accessible to people. As a result of the project, the waiting list at the registry has shrunk from an average of sixteen people to a second, the average waiting time has decreased In the registry office to 3 min. The production capacity of individual rooms, structural departments and the clinic as a whole was effectively organized, almost doubled, which means that the availability of medical care doubled! The region, and in the regions of the Volga Federal District, throughout Russia, ”emphasized Evgeny Lyulin.

Chairman of the Orenburg Region Legislative Assembly Sergey Grachev noted that the Nizhny Novgorod region is a vivid example of the positive implementation of the Lean Polyclinic project.

Earlier it was reported that the Deputy Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Pavel Pugachev made a business trip to medical organizations in Nizhny Novgorod.
