Korean style garlic arrow recipe


  • 500 gm garlic cloves
  • 1 carrot
  • PC 1. Hot red pepper
  • 50 ml soy sauce

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Grind dry spices in a mortar and grind with finely chopped red pepper.

Heat a deep frying pan with vegetable oil, add spices and fry a little.

Pour the sauce and mix well. Then add the vinegar and sesame seeds and fry everything together over low heat for a few minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • 300 gm garlic cloves
  • 200 ml sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • Seasoning as desired
  • Shredded cheese, as desired

  • 50 ml vinegar

Rinse the stock and remove the thickness, if any, cut into pieces of the same size or leave whole. Boil for 3 minutes and transfer it to a colander.

Sterilize jars, put spices on the bottom, fill the jar with arrows.

Boil water, add vinegar, salt and sugar. Pour the dressing over the stock and roll up the jars.
