Step by step cooking cakes:

- Keep kneading the dough until it becomes homogeneous.
- Add the soaked and dried raisins and knead into the dough.
- Cover the dough with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 2.5 cm and cut it as desired.
- Cover and let it rest for another 20 minutes.
- Transfer to a baking tray lined with parchment, brush with eggs and bake in a preheated oven until completely golden.
