In order not to get nitrates from the radish, as happens with fresh vegetables, you must first cut off the top and bottom of the radish and soak it in cold water for 20-30 minutes. In this case, the water must be changed once.

- 400 grams of radish
- 3 tbsp. to. soy sauce
- 5 ginger root
- 1 bunch parsley (about 8-10 sprigs)

To begin with, we take 400 grams of radish, wash and cut the tails. Cut one radish into 2-4 parts. At this time, we also clean the roots of ginger and chop it finely. However, dry ginger should not be used.
Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. to. olive oil and put chopped radish and ginger on it. Fry for two minutes over medium heat, stirring. If desired, olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil. We add 3 tablespoons. to. Soy sauce and leave it on the fire for another minute.
We take a handful of parsley, wash it, chop the leaves and chop them finely. Add it to the finished radish with ginger. Mix it up and pour it into a bowl.
