  • 400 grams of radish
  • 3 tbsp. to. soy sauce
  • 5 ginger root
  • 1 bunch parsley (about 8-10 sprigs)

To begin with, we take 400 grams of radish, wash and cut the tails. Cut one radish into 2-4 parts. At this time, we also clean the roots of ginger and chop it finely. However, dry ginger should not be used.

Heat a frying pan with 1 tbsp. to. olive oil and put chopped radish and ginger on it. Fry for two minutes over medium heat, stirring. If desired, olive oil can be replaced with sunflower oil. We add 3 tablespoons. to. Soy sauce and leave it on the fire for another minute.

We take a handful of parsley, wash it, chop the leaves and chop them finely. Add it to the finished radish with ginger. Mix it up and pour it into a bowl.
