Actual recipe – Alina FooDee Light Vegetable Stew

Famous food blogger Alina FooDee, beloved by many followers for her “ringing doll voice”, continues to increase the number of subscribers to her page, promoting the most “healthy” recipes.

Alina posted one on Monday, June 6th.

“You often ask me to recommend “healthy” recipes, and today I decided to recommend one to you – it will be useful for those who are going to lose weight in the summer,” – said the beautiful Ukrainian woman, who survived the occupation of the Sumy region by the troops of the Russian Federation.

Alina’s recipe is chicken fillet with vegetables in a frying pan.

To prepare it you will need:

  • Chicken fillet – 1 pc. (350g)

  • carrots – 1 pc.

  • Zucchini (small) – 1 pc.

  • Sweet pepper – 1 pc.

  • Coriander – a bunch

  • garlic – 1 clove

  • honey – 1 teaspoon

  • soy sauce – 4 tbsp. or according to taste

  • starch – 0.5 tbsp.

cooking steps

1. Cut the chicken fillet into pieces. Add black pepper and starch and mix.
2. Fry the chicken strips in a small amount of vegetable oil. It is not necessary to fry until fully cooked, only until golden brown.
3. Cut the carrots, zucchini and pepper into cubes.
4. First, fry the carrots, after 2 minutes add the pepper, after another 2 minutes add the zucchini.
5. Do not saute the vegetables until they are soft, leave them slightly crunchy on the inside (al dente).
6. Add chicken strips, honey and soy sauce. Stir and fry everything together for another 2 minutes.
7. Add chopped coriander and garlic.

And you can supplement this dish with spring salad, which you can eat in unlimited quantities and without fear of gaining extra pounds.
